Post Op Hinged Knee Brace

The Post Op Hinged Knee Brace is designed for controlled knee support during postoperative rehabilitation, preoperative immobilization and conservative ligament injury treatment.

Bilateral structural side supports help stabilize the knee, while the adjustable hinge system allows the permitted range of motion to be set according to different rehabilitation stages. The brace length can also be adjusted to accommodate different adult leg proportions.

As an adjustable ROM knee brace, KN-004 can provide both immobilization and controlled movement without requiring a completely different brace as rehabilitation progresses.

Typical applications include postoperative knee support, patella dislocation support and conservative treatment of ligament injuries under professional guidance.

Feature

The KN-004 knee joint fixation brace uses bilateral aluminum support bars to provide structured medial and lateral knee stability while maintaining a relatively lightweight construction.

The overall brace length can be adjusted from approximately 46 cm to 60 cm. The upper section provides 5 adjustment positions, while the lower section provides 7 adjustment positions, allowing the brace length to be adapted according to different leg proportions and support positions.

The dial-lock hinge provides adjustable range-of-motion control:

Extension limitation:
0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°

Flexion limitation:
0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°

Immobilization limitation:
0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°

Soft padded contact areas help improve comfort around the leg and knee during extended wear.

The adjustable buckle and strap structure makes circumference adjustment more convenient and helps maintain stable brace positioning during rehabilitation.
