Use method of adjustable knee joint fixation brace:

Step 1:open the brace and lay it flat, pull it in the direction of the arrow, and adjust the width of the brace (adjust it according to the thickness of your own legs)

Step 2: wrap the leg with the support

Step 3 adjust the position of the brace, and the chuck must be aligned to both sides of the knee. (if not aligned, adjust the rear side strap again)

Step 4: stick the lining in turn

Step 5: bind the bandages in turn and wear them.

Step 6: thread the shoulder belt into the buckle. The buckle can be fastened on the outside or on both sides separately, subject to the actual situation of the individual.
