What is a shoulder dislocation?
Shoulder dislocations are generally caused by trauma, and the symptoms are also very serious, as follows:
First, severe pain, afraid to move the shoulder joint, and the surrounding muscles are very tense.
Second, joint deformity, mostly anterior dislocation, refers to the prominent lateral end of the acromion, and square shoulder deformity. If it is posterior dislocation, the shoulder joint may be full in the rear and empty in the front, and the beak protrusion in the front is very obvious under the skin.
Third, the range of motion of the shoulder joint is severely limited, because the joint has come out, the humeral head is in the soft tissue, the range of motion is reduced, and the joint appears elastic fixation. When the front dislocation occurs, the affected side's hand often cannot touch the shoulder joint of the arrow above the shoulder, which is called Dujia sign yang. Dislocation causes a decrease in the range of motion of the joint, which is also called elastic fixation. There is also a certain range of motion, but the range of motion is obviously smaller than normal. Compared with the angle of external and internal rotation of the shoulder joints on both sides, the problem of old shoulder dislocation with mild symptoms can often be detected. Of course, the more accurate diagnosis should be shoulder joint X-ray examination, or even CT examination.
