Postoperative nursing measures for fracture stent

As a minimally invasive surgery, fracture stenting has significant advantages in treating fractures, such as minimal surgical trauma, fast recovery, and good functional recovery. However, postoperative care is equally important for the patient's recovery. The following are postoperative nursing measures for fracture braces: 1. Postoperative observation 1 Observe the patient's vital signs: closely monitor the patient's body temperature, pulse, breathing, blood pressure and other vital signs after surgery. If any abnormalities occur, immediately notify the doctor for treatment. 2. Observe the condition of the wound: Pay attention to whether there is bleeding or exudation in the wound, whether the dressing is dry, and if there are any abnormalities, replace the dressing in a timely manner and notify the doctor for treatment. 3. Observe the blood circulation of the affected limb: Regularly observe the skin color, temperature, sensation, and activity of the affected limb. If there is pale skin color, decreased temperature, decreased sensation, or activity disorders, the doctor should be notified in a timely manner. 4. Observe the pain situation: Understand the severity of the patient's pain, follow the doctor's advice to administer analgesic drugs, and adjust the drug dosage if necessary. 2, Position care 1 The patient needs to rest in bed after surgery and raise the affected limb to facilitate venous blood return and reduce swelling. On the first day after surgery, the patient can adopt a semi recumbent position, which is beneficial for breathing and blood circulation. 3. According to the patient's condition, the activity time can be gradually increased, but excessive activity of the affected limb should be avoided. 3, Dietary care 1 Patients should be given a high protein, high vitamin, and easily digestible diet after surgery to promote wound healing and physical recovery. 2. Avoid eating spicy, greasy, and stimulating foods to prevent worsening of the condition. 3. Drink plenty of water and maintain regular bowel movements. 4, Wound care 1 Keep the wound dressing dry after surgery to avoid infection. 2. Regularly change dressings and observe wound healing. 3. If there is bleeding or exudation, promptly inform the doctor for treatment. 5, Functional exercise

1. In the early postoperative period, patients can perform isometric muscle contraction exercises on the affected limb to promote blood circulation and prevent joint stiffness. During the mid postoperative period, joint movement exercises can be performed to gradually increase the range of motion. 3. In the late postoperative period, weight-bearing exercises can be performed to restore the function of the affected limb. 6, Prevention of Complications 1 Preventing pressure ulcers: During bed rest, patients should regularly turn over to avoid local skin pressure. 2. Prevention of deep vein thrombosis: Encourage patients to get out of bed early and, if necessary, administer anticoagulant drugs according to medical advice. 3. Prevention of pulmonary infection: Encourage patients to take deep breaths, cough, and if necessary, perform nebulization inhalation. 4. Prevention of urinary system infections: Encourage patients to drink more water and maintain smooth urination. 7, Health Education 1 After the patient is discharged, regular follow-up examinations should be conducted to understand the condition of fracture healing. 2. Follow medical advice for functional exercise and avoid overexertion. 3. Maintain a positive attitude and actively cooperate with treatment. 4. Pay attention to diet and maintain a balanced nutrition. In summary, postoperative care for fracture stents is crucial. Patients and their families should fully understand postoperative care knowledge, actively cooperate with treatment, and promote patient recovery.
