1️⃣ ​Preparation​

Clean and dry your foot 30 minutes before bedtime, ensuring no sweat or lotion remains.

Check that the inner lining (gray foam area) is smooth and wrinkle-free, as shown in ​Image 1.

2️⃣ ​Foot Positioning​

Insert your heel fully into the rear groove (black PP frame area), allowing toes to extend naturally through the ​front opening​ (see toe exposure design in Image 1).

3️⃣ ​Angle Adjustment​

Gradually adjust the dorsiflexion angle using the ​three-point Velcro straps​ (gray/black straps in Image 1):

​New Users: 5°-8° (gentle stretch)

​Chronic Conditions: 10°-15° (therapeutic stretch)

4️⃣ ​Nighttime Immobilization​

Test stability by simulating standing (see anti-slip silicone base in Image 2) to confirm no slippage or pressure points.

First-time users may wear thin cotton socks for added comfort (avoid wool/synthetic materials).
